What's included?
. Accommodation in Cortijo Flamingos or Casa Feliz

. Rates for the 3 night Cookery Break are 560 Euro per person (sharing a room). Non cooking partners 380 Euro. Other family members, children etc. FREE (sharing a room, MAX 3). No charges for single occupancy.

. Rates for 7 nights Christmas and New Year Special Course Holiday (*) are 1220 Euro per person (sharing a room). Non cooking partners 820 Euro. Other family members, children etc. FREE (sharing a room, MAX 3). No charges for single occupancy.

. Rates for 4 nights Valentine Special Course Holiday (**) are 720 Euro per person (sharing a room). Non cooking partners 550 Euro. Other family members, children etc. FREE (sharing a room, MAX 3). No charges for single occupancy.

. Rates for 7 nights Easter Special Course Holiday (***) are 1220 Euro per person (sharing a room). Non cooking partners 820 Euro. Other family members, children etc. FREE (sharing a room, MAX 3). No charges for single occupancy.

. It's possible to pick up and drop off from Jerez and Seville airports. Fees apply.
. It is possible to arrive earlier or extend your stay on self catering bases. Fees apply.

Sample 4 day Cookery Break:

Day 1: Thursday
Check-in until 11am, off to Chiclana food market, stopping at Salt factory.
Off to Chiclana's famous la Barossa Beach. Glass of sherry at one of front beach bars.
On the way back visit Jamon cutting Bar - lunch!
Around 5pm return to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest.
6.30pm starting cookery classes. (Theme: Classic Spanish Tapas). Sampling what has been cooked. Socialise and dine together.
Day 2: Friday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am.
Off to Cadiz food market. Take hop on and off bus to visit Cadiz, Coffee and snacks at local bar.
Take ferry catamaran boat to El Puerto de Santa Maria. Tapas lunch. Back on catamaran to Cadiz.
Shopping on the way back to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest.
6.30pm start cookery classes (Theme: Spanish Fish and Seafood). Dine together.
Day 3: Saturday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Off to Jerez de la Frontera food market. Coffee at local bar.
Visit bodega with testing. Tapas lunch.
Around 4pm Return to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest.
6:30 pm start cookery classes. (Theme: Spanish meats) Dine together. Local flamenco show!
Day 4: Sunday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Check out until 11am. Time to say Goodbye.

Sample 8 day Chistmas and New Year Special Course:

Day 1: Wednesday
Check-in until 11am, off to Chiclana's food market. On the way back visit Jamon cutting Bar - lunch! Return to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest. 6.30pm starting cookery classes. (Theme: Classic Spanish Tapas). Sampling what has been cooked and dine together. Visit local Zambomba party - Typical instrument used during Christmas.
Day 2: Thursday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Off to Cadiz food market. Take hop on and off bus to visit Cadiz, Coffee and snacks at local bar. Rest. 6.30pm start cookery classes (Theme: Special New Year delights). Dine together. Fiesta on roof terrace (weather permitted). Happy New Year 2016!!! .
Day 3: Friday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Rest day. Off to Chiclana's famous la Barossa Beach. Glass of sherry at one of front beach bars and lunch/relaxing. Dinner at "Rafael's" Chiclana's tapas bar.
Day 4: Saturday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Off to Jerez de la Frontera food market. Visit bodega with sherry testing and lunch. On the way back Salt factory visit in Chiclana . Return to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest. Start cookery classes. (Theme: Spanish meats) Dine together. Local flamenco show!
Day 5: Sunday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Off to Cadiz. Take hop on and off bus to visit Cadiz, coffee and snacks at local bar. Ferry catamaran boat to El Puerto de Santa Maria. Taps lunch. Back on catamaran to Cadiz. Return to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest. 6.30pm start cookery classes (Theme: Perfect Paella - group challenge). Dine together.
Day 6: Monday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Off to Jabugo - Sierra de Aracena. Jamon Factory visit which includes the drying sheds and cellars with an explanation about the production process of the products and a visit to the shop. Tapas lunch. Rest. Dinner in one of Chiclana's fine restaurants.
Day 7: Tuesday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Visit Arcos de la Frontera and local cheese factory in Sierra de Grazalema. Coffee at local bar. Tapas lunch. Return to Cortijo Flamingos. Rest. Start cookery classes. (Theme: Spanish Fish and Seafood) Dine together.
Day 8: Wednesday
Breakfast served 8.30-9am. Check out until 11am. Time to say goodbye
